Apple rallied almost three percent today on lighter than average volume and little news flow and closed above 68
for the first time in 12 sessions. It's still off more than 5% year-to-date, yet almost a
double over the past 52 weeks and remains well above its 200-day moving average.
Perhaps, more significantly AAPL bounced nicely off of the 50-day moving average and if not for the light volume would look mighty nice right about here technically. It's also probably worth noting that the stock traded well as the session wore on even as the NASDAQ100 grew somewhat weaker throughout the day.
I'm moderately constructive on the shares here.
