Buffett lunch auction ends - $620,100.00

With three hours to go, I posted last night that the bidding will increase as the auction time runs out.

Indeed, from $550,100 at the time of my post, "magicyourlife" kept hiking up the bid, probably thinking he (she) might win with 30 seconds to go in the auction. However, it seems that "fastisslow" knows how to play the eBay auction game and had a higher bid that trumped "magicyourlife" bids.

The auction ended at 10:00 p.m. ET last night with a winning bid of $620,100.00.

I hope "fastisslow" reveals himself (herself) soon and that together with the seven other people enjoys a good steak and some good conversation with Warren Buffett.

The Warren Buffett Power Lunch auction on eBay was to benefit the Glide Foundation, a San Francisco nonprofit organization. The Glide Foundation runs 86 programs including feeding the homeless, working with children of drug addicts and rehabilitating gang members.
