It seems that Americas have become so overly sex conscious. People are judged by their bodies, their sexual orientation, their night life and not by their character and Christian-like behavior.
Wonder what would it be like to list a person's qualities without the other information? Also, I feel that a lot of criminal problems are started from over exposing the beautiful ladies.

I don't think American (or others) attitudes have changed over the years, just the dollars have gotten bigger to the point of beibng obscene.
We all appreciate looking at someone who is "pretty" (that's hot!).

Give Paris credit - She proved she's smart because she has figured out how to make a lot of money with no talent and only average looks.

She "earns" up to $300,000 just to appear at nightclubs. Why?

Paris Hilton is a low life with money. She can afford to act the way she does. Unfortunately the brainless jerks that admire her and wish to emulate her, cannot afford to as they cannot bail themselves out after creating a problem. The scion of the family is spinning out of control in his coffin over the antics of his slut relative.

The only reson she is making any money is because the public allows here to. Brainless young women who admire her and idolize her and brainless young men who just want a piece of her in the sack. Once that generation has had their fill of her, the slut will not be able to make a penny.

As a previous poster noted, she has no talent, obviously is of low intelligence, and has only average looks. Where will she be in 5 years? Her 15 minutes of fame is over. Better enjoy it while it lasts slut.

Imagine taking advice from someone thats only a "star" because she s an "heiress". No wonder America is so lost. Get a monarchy or something so we can stop worshipping people that would be working in Walmart if it wasnt for their parents.

Paris is the most over-rated "celebrity" I have ever seen! She had to expose herself as a whore inorder to even launch a career. This was done because none of the network exectutives would sleep with her nasty, boney ass and she had to do something to become a star. The sex tape she made was recorded and leaked to the press delibritly, hoping it would gain her some attention. Well, it seemed to work, I can't even turn on the TV without hearing something about that dumb bitch. She should just shut up, go home, and wait to inherit her fortune. She won't have to work ever in her life. I am not sure why she is trying to make money in the entertainment industries, but she should retire before it gets ugly.
Although, society is partially to blame for her rise in popularity. If no one paid any attention to her, maybe she would disapear--wishful thinking. People seem to idolize just about anyone these days. If every girl, looking for attention, that made porn to make herself feel loved, because her daddy never paid any attention to her was on TV, we would need a whole channel just for them!
The bottom line is maybe if we ignore Paris she will run home crying.

Paris is a spoof to the entertainment industry. There is nothing that this young women does that is entertaing, she is a joke that only the brightest are laughing and she is laughing also all the way to the bank. Can't belive that it has gone this far and people are just starting to wake up to what the youth today are looking at and trying to act like. Is this what the American young people want to symbolize to the rest of the world?

I've never understood why so many people are against Paris----just "haters" I guess. i do not think it is wrong for her to receive whatever she can receive. i have watched her many times on the view and other shows and found her to be informed polite and very compassionate. for example when she first had the serious difficulty with nicole richie she refused to discuss it publicly on the air, she could have gotten on any show she wanted to if she had bad mouthed nicole. therefore i say i wish her well and i hope she finds success and happiness in her life. i think she wants to work amd that is admirable, she could sit around and do nothing with all her money. i think the press exploits her. maybe because i am a 62 yesr old grand mother i see her thru a diferent perspective than the young people. good luck paris from lilah
