Everybody is waiting for the iPhone rumored to be introduced by Apple Computer Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) soon. Well, the iPhone was launched today, only 'iPhone' is a trademark that belongs to Cisco Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:CSCO) and the iPhone is a VoIP phone made by Linksys. Apple will probably still come out with a phone, but the name - now, that's up to anyone's guess.

A lawsuit by California accuses automakers of harming human health and the environment by producing vehicles that contribute to global warming. The six largest automakers asked a federal judge to toss out the lawsuit. "It's the classic kind of case that the Supreme Court has said doesn't belong in federal court," said Theodore Boutrous, who represents DamilerChrysler's (NYSE:DCX) Chrysler Motors Corp., General Motors Corp (NYSE:GM), Ford Motor Co. (NYSE:GM), Toyota Motor's (NYSE:TM) Toyota North America Inc., Honda's (NYSE:HMC) American Honda Motor Co. and Nissan's (NASDAQ:NSANY) Nissan North America Inc.

Denmark's State-owned oil and natural gas group DONG Energy bought all rights to the construction of the Gunfleet Sands offshore wind farm in the UK to be completed by 2009 from General Electric Co. (NYSE:GE). Financial terms weren't disclosed.
