Please pardon me while I get a bit whimsical here. I get a prose bug from time to time. You must forgive me if this is light duty reading for such a well read crowd but I'm just having fun!
Submitted for the approval of our readers:
If I had bet upon the game and chance did let me win, let's say my take was twenty grand and now let us begin. I'd take ten grand right off the top and invest in GE (General Electric Company (NYSE:GE)). A stalwart and diverse keystone is paramount to me.
I'd next place 4k in the hands of Limited Brands (NYSE: LTD) for care. It's hard to take a loss, my friend, in sexy underwear. And candles bright and fragrances and things the ladies like, assure me that our LTD is on an upward hike.
Two grand I'd sure send Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.'s (NYSE:WMT) way, though kicked around a lot. I just can't seem to shake the truth they'd be a safer spot.
My last four grand goes into funds that serve ecology. Solar, wind and hydrogen, those are some funds for me. I'd seek diverse groups far and wide and some on foreign shores. My money would work for my world and also work for yours. I'd also seek out ethanol, but not the kind from corn. E85 from fiber source that's where fortunes are borne.
I'd run from bonds of any sort at less than 5 percent, for when Bernanke throws the switch why trap that money sent?
Inflation looms upon the hill, it's time is coming fast. Consumer goods and interest rates they must adjust at last.
Precious metals might be good before the stocks adjust. And stocks in water should be safe, I think they are a must.
Beware the bear, he's stalking now. He's growling from nearby. One third of all investors polled agreed with that reply. Tighten up portfolios, position to correct. Brace yourselves 'cause profiteers are coming to collect. A solid stance across wide range will keep you quite secure. And once the bear has had his day, a record rally is for sure.
But that's just my opinion!
