Helicos BioSciences (HLCS), a 5.4M-share IPO for this gene sequencing company. UBS Investment is the lead manager. Filing range: $13.00-$15.00.

RSC Holdings (RRR), a 20.83M-share IPO for this equipment rental company. Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers are the lead managers. Filing range: $23.00-$25.00.

Sirtris Pharmaceuticals (SIRT), a 5M-share IPO for this pharmaceutical company. JP Morgan Chase is the lead manager. Filing range: $9.00-$11.00.
