Just call it the last equity blast before summer. Wall Street's equity market offers a full schedule this week, as lead managers and companies attempt to capture as much buy-side demand as possible a week before the shorter 4th of July week, which is traditionally the start of a lighter syndicate period on Wall Street.

All told, 11 IPOs and 8 Secondaries are on the docket. Those deals tentatively scheduled to price include:

Tuesday
  • GSC Acquistion (GGA), a 15M-share IPO for this business financing company. Ladenburg, Thalman & Co. and I-Bankers Securities are the lead managers. Filing price: $10.00.
  • Spectra Energy Partners LP (SEP), a 10M-share IPO for this natural gas MLP. Citigroup and Lehman Brothers are the lead managers. Filing range: $19.00-$21.00.
Wednesday
  • AuthenTec (AUTH), a 7.5M-share IPO for this BioMetric ID company. Lehman Brothers is the lead manager. Filing range:$9.00-$11.00.
  • BlackRock Kelso Capital (BKCC), a 13.2M-share IPO for this business financing company. JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, and Merrill Lynch are the lead managers. Filing range: $16.00-$18.00.
  • Comscore (SCOR), a 5M-share IPO for this business consulting company. Credit Suisse is the lead manager. Filing range: $14.00-$16.00.
  • Data Domain (DDUP), a 7.39M-share IPO for this network storage company. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the lead managers. Filing range: $11.50-$13.50.
  • Spreadtrum Communications (SPRD), a 8.767M-IPO for this network semiconductor company. Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers are the lead managers. Filing range: $11.00-$13.00.

  • Polypore International (PPO), a 15M-share IPO for this specialty plastics company. JP Morgan Chases is the lead managers. Filing range: $20.00-$22.00.
  • PROS (PRO), a 6.825M-share IP for this pricing software company. JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank are the lead managers. Filing range: $10.00-$12.00.
  • Quark Pharmaceuticals (QURK), a 5M-share IPO for this gene-based medicines company. JP Morgan Chase and the Bank of America are the lead managers. Filing range: $12.00-$14.00.
  • Shortel (SHOR), a 7.9M-share IPO for this office telecommunications systems company. Lehamn Brothers and JP Morgan Chase are the lead managers. Filing range: $8.50-$10.50.
