Flash: Asia markets fall sharply, some off over 3%

Markets in Asia were down sharoly.

The Nikkei fell 2.2% and the Hong Kong Hang Seng was off 2.8%.

The ASX All Ordinaries was off 3% and the market in Jakarta fell 5.3%
