Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) and T-Mobile today announced that T-Mobile, the leading network operator in Germany, will be the exclusive German carrier of Apple's the iPhone when it makes its debut in Germany on November 9.
By the end of 2007, T-Mobile will be the only network operator in Germany to offer EDGE throughout its entire GSM network. EDGE accelerates the mobile data transfer rate to over 220 Kilobits per second, which makes it almost four times as fast as ISDN in fixed-line networks. The company also has 8,500 WiFi hot spots in Germany.

The Iphone, What a overhyped , overprice piece of electronics. Over have not seen a single business person, chief level that carrys this phony phone. Its for kids who want to listen to music. At $599 AAPLEs was simple stealing the consumers money. At $ 399 they are just making an crazy profit.
at $ 149 it would be price fairly. Anything over that price is just nuts.

stan,
Respectfully speaking, your an idiot. The blackberry was slow to be adopted by execs as well - and we know what position they have now.
I *do* know CEO's that have the iPhone and it's only a matter of time before they are adopted right along side the blackberry.
