that fact that Nokia is proposing $8 billion for Navteq mean that there's hope for M&A's in the near future? One of today's Newsvisual articles pointed out a pretty interesting connection between a couple of key people at either company (link to article: http://www.newsvisual.com/newsvisual/2007/10/nokia-and-navte.html ). Would anyone say that there's much influence behind this?
