Flash: China markets move up sharply

Markets in China jumped up.

The Hong Kong Hang Seng rose 3.4% to 31,449 lead by telecom shares. China Unicom (NYSE:CHU) rose 8.2% to 18.42.

The Shanghai Composite moved up 2.8% to 5,748.
