The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed down over 360 points, or 2.7%, to end at 13,298. General Electric (NYSE: GE) fell 2.74%. General Motors (NYSE: GM) was off 6.1%. Citigroup (NYSE: C) was down 4.8%
S&P 500 was off 44.65 points, or 2.9%, to 1,475.56. Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) was down 2.4%. Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) was off 3.2%.
