AgFeed (NASDAQ: FEED) is moving up 10% on news of a grant from the Chinese government.

Jefferies Group (NYSE: JEF) is trading down over 11% on predictions of a fourth quarter loss.

Network Appiances (NASDAQ: NTAP) is down almost 4% on an analyst downgrade.
