Wal-Mart apologizes to Muslim woman over cashier's comment

All Americans should boycott Wal-Mart. They are a business built on greed and have no loyalty to the US or our values. We must not appease the fascist, bloodthirsty, hateful, and arrogant idealogy of Islam

First of all, before you open your ignorant mouth you should know all of the facts, not just the ones reported in the newspapers. The woman who filed the complaint is an American, both born and raised. She has just as much right to be here as you do. Where do you suppose she goes back to? Secondly, Americans only have something to say when Muslims stand up for themselves and demand the respect they deserve. What do you have to say each and every time a Jewish person is faced with anti-semetic comments and demands to be repected? Do you say they should go back to "Isreal?" Or when a black person is harrassed just for being black, do you say they should go back to "Africa?" Maybe you should get a job at Walmart and participate in their "sensitivity training." Or maybe your dumb, ignorant ass needs to go back to school and learn how to respect others and their beliefs, because you certainly didn't get that at home. America opened the doors to the foreign people. Invitied any and everyone to come and enjoy the American "dream." Now that people are taking America up on the invitations, American was to piss and moan about it. It's your baby, now deal with it. Oh, by the way, before you begin to "assume" that I must be amongst those looking to live the so called "American dream," and I came here from over seas, assume again. I too am an American.

I truly can't imagine the amount and depth of ignorance displayed in the responses. First of all, when did America become a follower? I thought America was the best country on Earth because of its democracy, because of its individual human rights, because of its constitution and because if you like it or not, America is a land of immigrants. Yes, you like everyone else (if not a NATIVE American) is an IMMIGRANT. The whiny immature response "well everyone else is doing it" just doesnt cut it unless you want to be sheep and that is not why America was created to give peeople inidvidual democracies. For some to say ignorantly if I may add "return to your country if you dont like it here" this was an AMERICAN born and raised. I would like to see a wal-mart cashier tell a racist joke to a African American customer or a Jew, or an elderly customer, or a disabled customer. Is the Black American expected to just laugh and tell the cashier "good one!". i gaurantee you would not hear the end of it, and rightfully so. this woman was just getting her groceries people. the majority of Muslim Women dont cover their faces. I have worked with wonderful muslim women, and pleasantly surprised at how "normal" they are. I would rather work with a Muslim woman wearing muslim clothing rather than an ignorant close-minded probably never been out of the state , can't correctly speak or write one language ,racist.

I think it is a sad day we live in when a muslim with a sheet and a vail is allowed to go to stores or the bank or other places and we should think oh that's ok they're muslim.But if a KKK in full dress did the same people would not say oh that's ok they're KKK,both wear a sheet and all you can see is their eyes. This might sound hard but am i right or not . By the way i don't like either one more than the other!
