Hillary Clinton must win by gargantuan margins in next week's primaries in Ohio and Texas or else her campaign for the Democratic presidential nomination will be over, according to her husband former President Bill Clinton and other political pundits. The odds of that happening are daunting.Polls show that Clinton, who has lost ten straight contests to Obama, is losing ground to the Illinois senator in Ohio and that she is virtually tied in Texas. Over the past few months, Clinton's support has eroded among almost every demographic group and there is no sign that is going to change.
These days, Clinton exudes all of the charm of a middle school disciplinarian. Her recent outburst that Obama should be "ashamed" of himself for sending out misleading advertising mailers is a case in point. Factcheck.org, which argued that she has some valid points, argued that Clinton is no slouch in stretching the truth in her advertisements either:
We reported on Feb. 6 that a mailing by her campaign contained a "big distortion" of Obama's position on Social Security taxes and falsely implied that he had "no plan" to address mortgage foreclosures. It also attacked him for voting for a "Dick Cheney" energy bill that gave "huge tax breaks to oil companies," when in fact the bill gave a net tax increase to oil companies. In the coming years, historians will debate the reasons for the collapse of the Clinton campaign. Top among them will no doubt be hubris. The New York senator seemed to expect a coronation from Democratic voters. Instead, she's almost lost an election to a politician who most voters had never heard of until fairly recently. Clinton just can't seem to get over this fact, which is a shame.

Give it to Howard Dean, the chairman of the National Democratic Party for reaffirming that every effort would be made by the establishment to put a lid on the primaries before April! If anyone doubts his wisdom, then they are either hiding under a rock or they are simply not in touch with reality.
Came in Ralph Nader and the nail was hammered into the above mentioned lid. One needs to listen to the two Democratic candidates' recent fervent rhetoric to understand that they have been issued an ultimatum; win the next primaries convincingly or as Kenny "The Jet" Smith would say of the loosing NBA teams, go fishing. Having swept the last 11 contests, Barack Obama is not only the front runner, but is the candidate with the least to prove by winning, but has the most to loose if the margins of victory by Hillary are convincing.
On the same token, Hillary not only has to win the forthcoming elections, but has to win very convincingly. Her candidacy is on the line and a simple majority win will not suffice. As a matter of fact, she has to win both Texas and Ohio by more than 20% to challenge the ultimatum that was issued by Dr. Dean or else face the embarrassing departure of the establishment as it unanimously moves to embrace the front runner.
Hillary, whose candidacy hinges between slim and none must not only win convincingly, but also clean her camp which is literally falling apart.

To author of this article. Totally wrong that Clinton used the term "by gargantuan margins " That was a lie. He did state that she needed to win. In reality, she still would not be out even if she lost by slight figure. It would not look good but she would not be out. Report the ews do not make it up.

WHY? Why is everybody against woman president? I can't understand, how on this holy earth, people are still in the 20th century. She is way far from hiom in many things! Experience, policies, leadership quality, being tested, attitude, patriotism, what not! But the only possible problem is- she is 'she'; not 'he'. Imagine, how poor we are. Her rival is very good motivational speaker (it is fact), BUT are we in need of motivation at this crucial moment? No, we need action. I call him NATO( No Action Talk Only).

I keep reading things against Hilary. It is though as if it is just the thing to do. Doesn't anyone have a brain left? Is the media able to manipulate people so easily? I want to be sick. Look at the facts, Hilary is a BRILLIANT. She knows what to do to bring back hope. She does care about people and is sincere. She CAN restore this country and the way the world views America. She is not doing this for fun or ego. Believe me, she does have a lot going for her. She is doing this because she really cares. I find it sick that people want to tear her apart. Each person that looks at her in a negative way should start looking at themselves.
I am sick of the fact that we live in a society that discards and wants to get rid of people of real intelligence. Instead they accept mediocrity and manipulation. JUST REMEMBER-BUSH MANIPULATED THE PRESS. HE EVEN MANIPULATED THE MAINSTREAM PUBLIC TO BELIEVE IN A WAR THAT HAS DESTROYED OUR COUNTRY. AREN'T ALL YOU OBAMA SUPPORTORS SICK OF MEDIA MANIPULATION. DON'T YOU SEE WHAT IS GOING ON? USE YOUR OWN BRAINS. Look at the facts. Look at the accomplishments of this AMAZING woman-person. She does care.
All the negative issues about Obama QUICKLY get covered up or denied. Give me a break. He will say anything to win. Including "denouncing"----oh sorry, I forgot, he changed that quickly to "rejecting" Farrakhan. Give me a break.THINK before it is to late. VOTE HILARY!!!!!! Hilary MUST WIN if things are going to CHANGE. WE NEED CHANGE. WE NEED HILARY!!!!!
LATINO'S AND JEWISH WOMAN FOR HILARY!!!!!
