Ivanka Trump, 26, daughter of Donald Trump, is an heir apparent to her dad's real estate and entertainment holdings. Her business title is the vice president of real estate development and acquisitions at the Trump Organization, which is a holding company for many of Trump's businesses (Trump's casinos are part of Trump Entertainment Resorts (NASDAQ: TRMP).
Ivanka, while arguably the most famous of Trump's children, isn't his only heir apparent. Her siblings Donald, Jr., and Eric are also currently executive vice presidents, according to Wikipedia. But she stands out as the one likely to claim the top job given her love of the limelight -- she is a frequent cover girl and has appeared on the Apprentice -- as well as her oft-proclaimed drive to succeed in business.
However, I for one am getting sick of all the talk about her heir apparent status. Money-losing casinos, licensing deals for everything from hotels to cologne, and a TV show that's been in rapid decline since the end of its first season? That empire? What's second prize, 50 shares of Bear Stearns?
And if that weren't bad enough, Ivanka Trump is annoying on a personal level. Watching her give condescending business advice to self-made marketing genius and Kiss frontman Gene Simmons on the set of her father's TV show made my blood boil. Someone please send her this poster.
Already, Ivanka has shown a penchant for the same self-promotional antics as her father -- regular appearances on talk shows including an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel's show, where an intoxicated Andy Dick was dragged off-stage by security for touching her repeatedly.
Of course, I don't mean to be all negative, and I generally try to say something nice about someone in every post: Ivanka Trump has better hair than her dad.

I have seen Ivanka on The Apprentice and find her to be bright, charming, contained and an obvious asset to her father's business.
In case you aren't aware, businesses are off everywhere. But as to her merchandising herself, she is her father's daughter.

Gene Simmons deserved what he got from Ivanka, he dismissed her as if she were a annoying maid, or someone less important...than he! Its always been very obvious Gene "thinks" women somehow, are beneath him in stature... he is a 'has-been...

I love Celebrity Apprentice, I've been a big fan of all the Apprentice shows. Donald Trump should be proud of himself, his children are impressive, hard working, have core values and also seem humbled. Ivanka seemed embarrassed when Carol Alt handed her a Quizno sandwich, when there were paying customers waiting in a long line. She was there to observe,because of her reaction you could tell the customers didn't mind...
In this day with all the celebrats, she's a breath of fresh air.
I also am a Gene Simmons fan, but he shouldn't of talked to her like that. I believe he wanted off the show,I think he realized he doesn't need to prove anything,and he does things his way,and it works.
Everything he touches is gold,including his family.
Back to Ivanka,give her credit,she doesn't have to work, she could get by on her name, and she is gorgeous so why not be a Cover Girl. Not everyone is cut out for Business, The Apprentice shows are cut throat, and I know I couldn't do it.
So next time you see young celebrities getting pictured smoking, drinking,having a different partner everyother night,having explosive melt downs, maybe you could give Donald Trump a break, his family is impressive, and he should be proud!!!

This poster sounds jealous of Ivanka's postion. I think Ivanka is great! She isn't just your run of the mill billionaire kids who sit on her duff and do nothing but her nails. she works! More power to her.

I think she is hot...There's something about her that makes me want to spend time with her. she's smart, attractive. and appears to be very comfortable with herself....The sex thing is not the isssue, to me she's the kind of lady I'd just like to hand with.....period.
