Motorola (NYSE:MOT) is trading up 5% on news that it may break into two companies.

Jabil CIrcuit (NYSE:JBL) is down 17% on poor earnings and downgrades.

Citigroup (NYSE:C) is off 2% on a report from Oppenheimer revising its earnings down.

Clear Channel (NYSE:CCU) is down 23% on news that a buy-out of the firm may have collapsed.

Stocks may trade differently in the pre-market than they do in the regular session.
