Yahoo!, Inc (NASDAQ: YHOO) recently trading down 94c to $26.36:


The Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) self imposed deadline for moving forward with its $31 cash and stock bid for YHOO is April 26. YHOO call option volume of 234,685 contracts compared to put volume of 331,227 contracts. YHOO May 27.5 straddle is priced at $3.58. YHOO May option implied volatility of 66 was above its 26-week average of 40 according to Track Data.
