Stanford Group says "MSFT could look to build through multiple acquisitions at less cost and via friendlier transactions." YHOO call option volume of 68,115 contracts compares to put volume of 61,763 contracts. YHOO May option implied volatility of 61 is above its 26-week average of 40 according to Track Data, suggesting larger price movement.
