HUGH update: HughesNet puts email back in service
What little preview I received of the attempted e-mail upgrade by HughesNet was enticing. It looked streamlined, intuitive and was definitely appealing to the eye. When the company completes its adjustments and makes the hoped for upgrade available, I'll provide my full assessment of the new service for our readers.

It's clear from your puff piece evaluation:
1. You have an insider's perspective
2. You have no idea about what a loss of business this so called "upgrade" meant
3. You have not read that all this company was trying to do was "switch providers." No upgrade here.
4. To this day we have not recieved an apology - just the usual "sorry for the inconvenience."
5. We pay almost $90 per month for a business account.
6. How do we join a class action suit about this?
