The biggest flaw I see in home depot is anytime you go to one and you need some assistance to explain something on a problem your having or explain something about an Item your selling,Very difficult to find someone to assist you...If the is not busy there never seems to be enough employes to assist you or theres someone there finally to assist you and they know enough about it and you will have to talk to someone else thats on coffee break or lunch or day off...The other day I went to paint dept. of HD in Santa Cruz...1 man taking care of about 5 customers all in line waiting their turn...I*m #6 after waiting about 30min...I*m told they can*t match my paint because the machine is broke and will be out for 4 to 6 weeks....I had to go to kelly Moore......22gals.
