Malcom Quinn, the promoter behind the bankrupt firm that had booked The Donald, told The Sun that "He has provided no services for the moneys he has received and he has indicated to me in writing on two separate occasions that not only will he be keeping the funds he has received but expects to be paid the balance regardless of whether he does or doesn't come out here."
What went wrong? It turned out that Trump wasn't the draw Quinn had hoped he would be. Tickets costing up to $2500 have been available since June but only a quarter of the seats have been sold. Ouch!
Here's my theory about why so few people bought tickets to see The Donald: almost no one who has $2500 would be stupid enough to blow it on a meet and greet with a blowhard like Donald Trump.
But this saga also reveals a little bit more about Trump's true personality: Mr. Quinn mortgaged his house to book Donald Trump for the event and stands to lose nearly everything -- and Trump, who professes to be a billionaire, is holding out for more money for an event that didn't sell.

I met Trump at a small gathering maybe 12 yrs ago. Being in business, some people can get a feel on( silk suit and no underpant) type guys. I certainly got that feeling. I have not seen or been told about a single investment that people have been involved in that turned out as a pleasant experience. As life goes on, their are always two sides and I take light of sad business stories.I just don,t get that warm and fuzzie feeling of Trump. A guy who doesn,t shake your hand, Kinda wierd, a guy that needs all the attention,Kinda wierd, a guy that invented rude,kinda wierd. So now that I have done my personal evaluation as to what do I really think about Don Trump, I just waisted ten minutes,could have helped a homeless person, gosh maybe Trump could do that sometime ( without a reporter standing by )

Trump has taken money from honest people who use to look up to him, well no more. Trump I will get you for the $1200 odd dollars we paid to see you in good faith, something you obviously dont have. For every year it take me, I will add a "0" onto what you owe me, I hope it takes 10 years to get you.
