Oh, and just because you live in multi-million dollar homes communities, it doesn't mean you don't live in a small home on a fixed income from before the developments and a series of population growth and prosperity drove the prices so high you can hardly make the property taxes.

Trump is great...yes he made a few mistakes and had bad times the great thing is that he is a great asset to america he creates jobs,nice properties,helps people out in many ways, a motivator to many.

As I resident of Rancho Palos Verdes, I have visited Mr. Trump's golf course which was originally called Ocean Trails before he purchased it sometime around 2002. What many do not remember or know, is that this golf course had the 18th hole fall into the ocean. YES, fall into the ocean. That particular area is a landslide area. Part of Mr. Trump's lawsuit alleges that he is being forced to spend money on environmental reports that are not necessary before he builds homes on the land there. He also claims he is victim to building codes which all of us have to follow (such as height regulations). There are wonderful views of the coastline, Catalina and the ocean which other homes in the area enjoy and need protecting. He has threatened our city since he got here and I can tell you that the residents here are not ones to back down. Although, I respect his success, I do not agree with his arrogance and complete disrespect of the rules that apply to all of us, NO EXCEPTIONS!

I must say, the Donald in his business did not come like a congressman and let the mortgage robbers ruin us like congress did just to stuff money in their pockets, he is out front in his work, while our so called lawmakers keep giving themselves raises while stealing from us. Kick the bums out and replace them with honest people, if there are any.
