"We strongly believe that value stock investing is the best way to play emerging markets and reduce investment risk.
"We like the fact that China Unicom is trading at a mere 9.1 times current earnings, and can be purchased at very near its current book value. Our price target for the stock is $25/share within 12 months. China Unicom is a strong buy."
