I think if we could truly save Gm with only 100 billion we should do it. Chrysler has no chance to survive no matter how much we give them so let's concentrate on GM and Ford, since they will probably also need help.
It's better money spent than the billions we are throwing down a rathole to save an evil, corrupt company like Citi that is only able to keep customers who have no way to leave them right now.
