I lump these zombies -- our first zombies -- together because everyone else does.
You and I are now the proud owner of these lifeless monsters, which have hundreds of billions of dollars in obligations on mortgages of declining quality.
What's more, for political reasons, their future will not be resolved for several years.

Does Michael Shulman have any expertise in terms of financial institutions? His comments on JPM seem off base and there is nothing I can see in his background which suggests he has the knowledge, skills or abilities to analyze a financial services company.

Not such a good call Michael. Regardless of how long FNM or FRE will take to show green long term, does anyone think that The Obama administration will let FNM or FRE fail? Remember that Obama will be campaigning for another 4 years. Great timing on your article. Are you embarrassed that the stocks rose about 28% the following trading day?
