what the authors of this piece are very carefully NOT saying is that these "small cap" stocks can offer a higher PERCENTAGE rate of return, but not a higher DOLLAR return, i.e., since the investment is smaller, the dollar return, expressed as a percentage of your investment, is also very much smaller, think for yourself people, everyone, i mean EVERYONE on wall street has an agenda.
