Fox is hoping to beef up its roster of talent for its up and coming (although currently widely mocked) Fox Business Network.And who are they hoping to add? None other than CNN's Lou Dobbs. According to The New York Times, citing "two people with direct knowledge of the meeting", Mr. Dobbs met for dinner with Fox News president Roger Ailes.
In a way, Dobbs would be a perfect fit for Fox. A long-respected financial news pundit with a decidedly right-wing bent, Dobbs has taken on an increasingly shrill and conspiratorial tone in recent years. He became the laughingstock of CNN when he absolutely refused to let the Obama birth certificate scandal die, even after any number of third-party fact checkers had dismissed it as bogus. The Southern Poverty Law Center deemed his crusade questioning Obama's birthplace "racist" -- an allegation that seemed to fit well with Dobbs' track record of extreme right-wing sentiment on immigration issues.
Conspiracies, lunatic ranting, and xenophobia. Yep. He'd actually be a great fit on Fox. Perhaps he and Glenn Beck could co-host a show -- "Live From the Kings Park Psychiatric Center" on Long Island.

Personally, I do not know of ANYONE THAT DOESN'T watch FOX - and my friends and relatives are a diverse group. A few of them actually voted for Obama and are now terribly sorry they did and are anxiously awaiting 2011/12 to vote him out - if the Republicans can find a reasonable, younger, articulate candidate.
When will you libs admit you made a mistake and realize that we, the people, are coming to our senses?

I think a lot of viewers watch FOX (like myself) because like the saying goes....keep your eyes on 'the enemies' because you know how your friends are thinking. Of course, it is hard to waste time watching 'loonie bug beck' and wack-job sean, but o'reilly seems to have a little more sanity. O'reilly just have loonie guest on like loser p*nis morris and loonie laura and most of the 'blonde nut jobs.
