JA Solar (JASO) is participating at Solar Power International, the largest B2B solar event in North America, which began Tuesday. JASO overall option implied volatility of 63 is below its 26-week average of 68 according to Track Data, suggesting decreasing price movement.

Noble Corp. (NE) rallied 3% today as stock prices for deepwater offshore drillers are rallying from the announcement from President Obama's Administration that the drilling moratorium is being lifted. Overall option implied volatility of 39 is near its 26-week average, according to Track Data, suggesting non-directional price movement.
