Tell-Tale Stat: Buffett's Berkshire Divests Bank of America, Nike Stakes

He is getting ready for inflation.

Yea, Buffett sold...with no reason cited...maybe he needed funds...and no mention of type of stock he owned whether preferred or common. What a nonsense article trying to make people sell stock.

I am glad he dumped Bank Of America....they are mismanaged and there is no communication between departments. When my mortgage company went under, they bought my mortgage. It was always deduted from my checking account..first they took two payments out at once and then took nothing out for two months. I kept calling and it took 4 months for them to finally straighten it out. I have never had such a headache!

Buffet plus everbody and their brothers know that they are pulling out because of a predictable Government shut down or shut downs... That is to say both because of Political Divisions, General Public Unrest and the building economic vs Labor or rather loss of the Labor negotiating rights. Nonunion Skilled Labor generally follows closely behind Unions because of a coat tail effect giving them some leverage contractually to each individual too. It really looks all planned out to me... The GOP, TEA, or Republicans want a crisis to exploit, Dems. can't stop it and if they don't shut down Federal then they will as many States as they can drag into it.

Lots of Working Class Poor out there..., Union and Nonunion Skilled Labor tired of sufferage and now the huge Middle Income collapse, not wanting to have to remention the NEW TEA PARTY elected wanting to hurry up and make their marks regardless of anything else said or done. It's as if a bunch of little Drama Queens coming to a head... Double Dip Talk again or just a bunch of door slamming either way all our gains in this market will probably tank... My bet... Some kind of Flash Crash this time because it will be all the Mom and Pop's we have with their laptop's and 7 dollar trades...

Inflation which will in the next two years or so become hyperinflation and the crash of the dollar. All the signs are there. We are in FAR more debt than we have been told. As for me, I'm stocking up on clothing, and non perishables. People have their heads in the sand..."it can't happen to us". Guess again. This kind of thing has happened to every major power in history. What makes anyone think we will be exempt. We have abandoned the principles on which we were founded. I think buffet made a good move my home loan is with B.O.A this has got to be the worst company I have ever had any business with ever time you call them no body has a clue as to what talking about but I dont know about wells fargo either my local investements were bought out buy wells fargo and when the shit hit the fan a few years ago I learned that I was almost broke by the monthley statements I was getting never a phone call from my broker I have not seen or heard from him since that happened now what little bit I have left is in my bank where I control it I hope B.O.A and wells fargo go belly up
