Starbucks closing Feb 26 for training

Starbucks is upping the ante in the coffee war against competitors like McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts. The coffee giant, which usually charges between $1.50 to $4.00 for coffee, is testing a "short" $1 cup as well as free refills. The catch? They're only available in Seattle at the moment.
