Starbucks isn't just for coffee any more
Starbucks (NASDAQ: SBUX) used to be a great place to get coffee and meet your friends, colleagues, clients, or your mommy group. But times have changed. Today Starbucks is more about the "experience" than the beverage, and has its own record label. It's to the point where Thurston Moore of the Sonic Youth (who is working on a compilation album of Sonic Youth hits for Starbucks) jokes that "Starbucks is that new record store, right?"
