Many of Wal-Mart's own managers feel uncomfortable raising their criticisms of the company to a higher level; Wal-Mart is legendary for its desire to maintain the authority of its upper management at all costs, and to quash any questioning of the "Wal-Mart Way." This could be dooming the company, says Zac Bissonnette.
