According to a recent piece in BusinessWeek (and our writers' own anecdotal experiences), many of Wal-Mart's workers feel outright hostility toward the company -- and this hostility toward their employer is manifested in terrible customer service. An unhappy employee is, after all, one of the most obvious indicators of a bad company strategy.
