Mar 11th 2009 2:54PM The elephant in the room is the credibility of whatever ultimate plan the government implements to deal with the toxic assets on the books of our financial institutions. The market new soared on an announcement from one of those banks that clearly represents this concern. Any rally before that determination is beyond suspect.

Aug 9th 2008 2:24PM The disparity of the AOL straw polls from every other indicator and poll brings into question its relevancy. More interesting is that the few states where Obama holds the edge in this poll are most probably McCain states!
