    <li>Carl Icahn's American Real Estate Partners new offer of $37.25 a share for <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/lear-corporation/lea/nys">Lear Corp.</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/lear-corporation/lea/nys">LEA</a>), supported by the Lear board, has been rejected by proxy advisory firm Institutional Shareholder Service, reported the <a href="http://online.wsj.com/article/SB118421014423864430-search.html?KEYWORDS=icahn&amp;COLLECTION=wsjie/6month"><em>Wall Street Journal</em></a>.</li>
