Analyst upgrades:

Baird upgraded URS Corp. (NYSE: URS) to Outperform from Neutral and raised its target to Outperform from Neutral based on momentum of new wins from stimulus funds and expectations for additional nuclear contracts.
Jefferies upgraded EnerSys (NYSE: ENS) to Buy from Hold following the recent share weakness as it believes volumes have stopped declining and the June quarter is likely the bottom. The firm raised its target price to $18 from $11.
RBC Capital upgraded Camden Property (NYSE: CPT) to Outperform from Sector Perform citing the company's improved financial capacity and portfolio position. The firm raised its target price to $34 from $23.
CBS Corp (NYSE: CBS) was upgraded to Equal Weight from Underweight at Barclays.
UDR (NYSE: UDR) was raised to Sector Perform from Underperform at RBC Capital and to Outperform from Market Perform at Keefe Bruyette.
Zale (NYSE: ZLC) was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at BofA/Merril.

Analyst upgrades:

Citigroup upgraded WebMD (NASDAQ: WBMD) shares to Buy from Hold on valuation following the company's Q4 results and outlook. The firm maintains a $25 target on the stock.
Goldman upgraded Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and AT&T (NYSE: T) to Buy from Neutral based on valuation and expectations for 2010 earnings growth.
Roth upgraded Maxwell Tech (NASDAQ: MXWL) to Buy from Hold following the company's Q4 results to reflect strong ultracapacitor sales growth and gross margin improvement. The firm maintains a $12 target on the stock.
Nara Bancorp (NASDAQ: NARA) was raised to Market Perform from Underperform at Friedman Billings.
Cubic (NYSE: CUB) was upgraded to Neutral from Overweight at JP Morgan.
Terex (NYSE: TEX) was lifted to Outperform from Market Perform at Wachovia.

MOST NOTEWORTHY: BioScrip, Chipotle Mexican Grill and CoStar Group were today's noteworthy upgrades:

BioScrip (NASDAQ: BIOS) was raised to Buy from Neutral at Broadpoint, as they believe the company's specialty business is worth more than the current price implies.
Baird upgraded Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) to Outperform from Neutral following Q4 results, citing valuation and a positive view on fundamentals.
CoStar Group (NASDAQ: CSGP) was upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at JMP Securities, as they expect the company to report a solid quarter next Thursday.

OTHER UPGRADES:

Groupe Danone (OTC: GDNNY) was upgraded to Buy from Hold at ING.
UBS raised Senior Housing Properties (NYSE: SNH) and Fluor Corp (NYSE: FLR) to Buy from Neutral.
Morgan Stanley upgraded RenaissanceRE Holdings (NYSE: RNR) to Overweight from Equal Weight.
