Analyst upgrades:

Goldman said International Paper (NYSE: IP) is its top pick in the group citing leverage to early cycle containerboard. The firm upgraded shares to Conviction Buy from Buy and has a $26 target on the stock.
Morgan Keegan upgraded Healthcare Realty Trust (NYSE: HR) to Outperform from Market Perform citing valuation and better-than-expected Q2 results.
William Blair upgraded Harbin Electric (NASDAQ: HRBN) to Outperform from Market Perform as it believes the Chinese economy is likely to accelerate and the company's balance sheet is strengthened following the retirement of debt.
Allstate (NYSE: ALL) was upgraded to Buy from Neutral at BofA/Merrill.
VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) was upgraded to Outperform from Neutral at Credit Suisse.
Commercial Vehicle Group (NASDAQ: CVGI) was upgraded to Overweight from Underweight at JPMorgan.

MOST NOTEWORTHY: Intermec, Brasil Telecom and W-H Energy Services were today's most noteworthy upgrades:

Intermec (NYSE: IN) was upgraded to Hold from Sell at Standford Financial Group. After Intermec's stock fell 10.5% since April 1, and 5.1% on Friday, Stanford believes most of the bad news is priced into the stock.
Brasil Telecom (NYSE: BRP) was upgraded to Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank and raised their target to $90 from $87 as they believe the recent weakness presents a good buying opportunity.
W-H Energy Services (NYSE: WHQ) was upgraded to Buy from Hold at Deutsche Bank following the Q1 miss as they believe the company is well positioned to benefit from a pickup in U.S. onshore activity and a significant acceleration in international and deep water work.

OTHER UPGRADES:

Commercial Vehicle Group (NASDAQ: CVGI) was upgraded to Overweight from Neutral at J.P. Morgan.
MoneyGram (NYSE: MGI) was upgraded to Buy from Add at Calyon Securities based on valuation.

MOST NOTEWORTHY: SuperValu, SunPower, LKQ and Charter Comm were today's noteworthy initiations:

Banc of America started shares of SuperValu Inc (NYSE: SVU) with a Sell rating and $34 target as they believe the company will struggle to modernize its store base and reset its pricing to more competitive levels over the next 12 months.
William Blair initiated SunPower (NASDAQ: SPWR) shares with an Outperform rating, citing the company's large market opportunity and strong technology/market positioning.
LKQ (NASDAQ: LKQX) was started at Deutsche Bank with a Hold rating and $35 target. The firm believes the company's growth projections are priced into shares.
JP Morgan initiated Charter Communications (NASDAQ: CHTR) with an Overweight rating, as they expect the company to be able to refinance its maturing debt over the next five years and generate attractive returns.
