The firm also raised its target price for shares to $23.50 from $21.50.</li>

    <li>Vulcan Materials (<a class="inlinked" href="http://www.dailyfinance.com/quotes/vulcan-materials-co-holding-company/vmc/nys">VMC</a>) was upgraded to buy from hold at Jefferies.</li>
