Shares were up 14% at $24.13 right before the close.<br /><br /><a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/cit-group-inc-new/cit/nys ">CIT Group Inc.</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/cit-group-inc-new/cit/nys ">CIT</a>) saw its shares surge as one of the top percentage gainers today after the company announced that it has completed a $500 million financing facility from Wells Fargo.
