Now, according to <a href="http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2009/10/exclusive-us-spies-buy-stake-in-twitter-blog-monitoring-firm/"><span style="font-style: italic;">Wired</span></a>, here's the newest wrinkle. <a href="http://www.publicradio.org/columns/marketplace/scratchpad/2009/10/hello_cia_glad_you_could_join.html#more">In-Q-Tel, the investment arm of the CIA,  is putting cash into Visible Technologies to spy on social networks.</a>
<p>Who is being spied upon?
