<p>MORN call option volume of 1,289 contracts compares to put volume of 795 contracts. MORN March option implied volatility of 45 is near its 26-week average of 42 according to Track Data, suggesting slightly larger price movement.</p>

MORN reported a second quarter earnings per share (EPS) of 38 cents verses a consensus estimate of 35 cents. MORN reported consolidated Q2 revenue of $109 million, up 44% from Q2 2006. MORN generated $32.2 million in Q2 free cash flow. MORN September option implied volatility of 32 is near its 26-week average according to Track Data, suggesting non-directional risks.</p>
