On October 25, I wrote a piece for BloggingStocks.com on a customer nightmare I experienced with Network Solutions. Basically, it was almost comical how difficult it was to undue the renewal of several domain names I owned – as well as cancel a hosting account.
Well, when the story hit, the response was very quick. I got contacted by the executive office. Yes, they wanted to resolve things quickly. I talked to them – and thought everything would be fine.
I guess not. I checked my credit card statements and nothing was done. So, I contacted the company again (over a week ago).
As usual, there was no response.
Then, late last week, I had another message: "Should I just dispute the credit card bill?"
And, no response.
Funny enough, on the web site, there is a section which says: "We want to hear from you: Tell us about your experience with Network Solutions."
Yeah, right.
