In a bold move, smaller outsourcer iGate (<a href="http://www.dailyfinance.com/quotes/igate-corporation/igte/nas">IGTE</a>) is acquiring Patni Computer Systems (<a href="http://www.dailyfinance.com/quotes/patni-computer-systems-limited/pti/nys">PTI</a>) of India.<br />

<br />
At Rs503.50 a share, the deal represents a 9.4% premium to Patni's remaining shareholders which will be worth $301 million.<p><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2011/01/11/u-s-outsourcer-igate-to-acquire-indias-patni-computer-systems/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>U.S. Outsourcer iGate to Acquire India's Patni Computer Systems</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2011/01/11/u-s-outsourcer-igate-to-acquire-indias-patni-computer-systems/">U.S. Outsourcer iGate to Acquire India's Patni Computer Systems</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.bloggingstocks.com">BloggingStocks</a> on Tue, 11 Jan 2011 14:30:00 EST.
