Just look at General Motors. By all accounts, it looked like its proposed deal to sell Saturn to <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/penske-automotive-group-inc/pag/nys">Penske Automotive Group</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/penske-automotive-group-inc/pag/nys">PAG</a>) was all but done.</p>
<p>Not so. Yesterday, Penske <a href="http://investors.penskeautomotive.com/releasedetail.cfm?ReleaseID=412840">backed</a> out. The reason: the company thought it would not be able to supply cars after 2011 (when GM would stop production). Penske is the second-ranked U.S. dealership group. <em><br /><br /></em>The <em>Journal</em> says that Penske will take over the brands, trademarks, service and parts operations, as well as the distribution operations related to the Saturn brand.     <li>Think Equities started shares of <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/towerstream-corporation/twer/nas">Towerstream Corporation</a> (NASDAQ: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/towerstream-corporation/twer/nas">TWER</a>) with a Buy rating and $5 target and said the company is rapidly growing given robust demand fro high bandwidth services, market expansion, sales force growth, and higher ARPU services. <br /></li>
    <li>Barrington believes <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/solera-holdings-inc/slh/nys">Solera Holdings Inc</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/solera-holdings-inc/slh/nys">SLH</a>) is positioned to capture growth through technology adoption in claims processing by insurance companies, starting shares off with an Outperform rating and $27 target. <br /></li>
