Anheuser-Busch (NYSE:BUD) is up 7% on news of a takeover bid from InBev.

Rockwood (NYSE:ROC) is down over 6% on plans for its shareholder to sell stock.

BZP Resources (AMEX:BZP) is up almost 5% on positive comments from Jim Cramer.

KeyCorp (NYSE:KEY) is off over 7% after cutting its dividend.

Stocks may trade differently in the pre-market than they do in the regular session.
