    <li><a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/clear-channel-outdoor-holdings-inc/cco/nys">Clear Channel Outdoors</a> Holdings Inc. (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/clear-channel-outdoor-holdings-inc/cco/nys">CCO</a>) was downgraded to Hold from Buy at DBAB on valuation. </li>
