Boeing protested the award to the Government Accountability Office, which must make its recommendation to the Pentagon by Thursday.
<p><a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/the-boeing-company/ba/nys">Boeing's</a> (NYSE: <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/the-boeing-company/ba/nys">BA</a>) shares were virtually unchanged on the news in Wednesday mid-day trading, gaining eight cents to $74.43.
