<li>Jefferies upgraded <a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/micros-systems-inc/mcrs/nas">MICROS Systems</a> (NASDAQ:<a href="http://finance.aol.com/quotes/micros-systems-inc/mcrs/nas">MCRS</a>) to Buy from Hold as it believes the company's cost cutting is running ahead of Street expectations. The firm raised its target on shares to $25 from $18. <br /></li>
