(<a href="http://www.dailyfinance.com/quotes/clean-energy-fuels-corp/clne/nas">CLNE</a>), which I first discussed here on November 8, 2010, at a price of $14.75, downtrended this winter in <a href="http://clearstation.etrade.com/cgi-bin/details?Symbol=clne">bear-hug fashion</a>, trying investors' patience, but the stock appears to have held support near $11.60.</p>
<p>Note: I consider Clean Energy to be a high-risk stock not suitable for moderate or low-risk investors. (<a href="http://www.dailyfinance.com/quotes/transcanada-corporation/trp/nys">TRP</a>), first discussed on May 11, 2009, at a price of $26.56, is testing the <a href="http://clearstation.etrade.com/cgi-bin/details?Symbol=trp">$40 level</a>, and I obviously still like the shares.</p>
<p>And the reason is obvious enough. TransCanada's natural gas operations hold considerable promise. The editor of <a href="http://www.cabot.net/info/cem/cemkj07.aspx?source=wx02">Cabot China &amp; Emerging Markets Report</a> explains, "The company is the third largest oil and natural gas company in the world, with proven oil reserves of 14.2 billion barrels. That's an 11% year-over-year gain in reserves, the largest increase in eight years. <br />

"If you add in probable and possible reserves, the number rises to nearly 28.5 billion barrels. <p>But that was a long time ago. Refinery margins, which were squeezed during 2008-2009, due to the loss of more than 8 million jobs from the U.S. economy -- many of those being vehicle owners -- continue to recover.
